About the Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations, stock, staff and equipment running smoothly to support quality control and efficient distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations & workflow optimisation
- Packing, distribution & accurate order fulfilment
- Stock receiving, quality control & stock rotation
- Cold-room management across multiple facilities
- Staff leadership, scheduling & performance
- Equipment, forklift & pallet management
- Reporting, admin & operational cost control
- Collaboration with sales staff, nightshift teams, market personnel & producers
Requirements
- Fresh produce experience, market experience preferably
- Function well in a team environment
- Young and energetic
- Computer-literate and especially excel
- Available to work from 04:30 am.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
